We have two opportunities availible**:Settlements Advisor** and **Recoveries Advisor**. Both positions offer unique responsibilities and the chance to develop valuable skills in a dynamic environment.

**Settlements Advisor**:
This role offers autonomy and recognises your efforts while providing plenty opportunities for learning and growth.

**About the Role**:

- Mitigate costs and negotiate with other insurance companies on behalf of the organisation.
- Liaise with customers and insurers at various stages of the claims process.

**Recoveries Advisor**:
Step into a fast-paced role where you’ll take ownership of your tasks, gain technical skills in the claims process, and tackle challenges head-on.

**About the Role**:

- Manage a large claims portfolio, ensuring timely and effective recovery efforts.
- Build relationships with clients and Third Parties throughout the claims lifecycle.
- Meet weekly and fortnightly performance benchmarks to drive results.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with confidence in conflict resolution.
- Strong time management skills.
- A collaborative team player mindset, with a willingness to learn.
- Knowledge of the insurance claims process (advantageous but not essential).
- Previous experience in debt collection, paralegal work, or insurance (highly regarded).
