An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Personal Assistant (PA) / Clinical Data Support to join the Nursing & Midwifery Directorate at Western Health. This 0.5 FTE position will support our Directors of Nursing & Midwifery of our Sunbury site and assist our Infection Prevention team. The successful applicant would be predominately based at either Sunshine Hospital, Footscray Hospital or Sunbury Hospital, however there is a requirement to work at other Western Health sites as needed.

In this role, you will provide high level administrative and clinical data support to the Director of Nursing & Midwifery Sunbury and the Western Health Infection Prevention team. You will be highly organised with excellent communication skills both verbal and written, and you will enjoy working collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.

To be successful in this role, you will need to:

- have excellent communication skills;
- provide proactive confidential support to your Director with a focus on calendar management;
- be proficient in time management, with the ability to prioritise tasks;
- assist with the collation, presentation and reporting of infection surveillance and staff health related data
- assist with creation and maintenance of associated infection prevention reports, as well as provide data to stakeholders within Western Health as required
- be experienced in stakeholder engagement with key personnel, both internal and external;
- have highly proficient computer skills, particularly in all Microsoft office programs and video conferencing
