This well established and highly reputable company based in Warriewood on our Northern Beaches of Sydney requires your accounting skills to work Monday, Wednesdays and Fridays or Monday to Friday. You will be working alongside another who works Tuesdays and Thursdays.

This role offers a great deal of variety with lots of all round administration. In doing so you will be taking responsibility and assisting in the management of the day to day running of the office. This comes with an excellent hourly rate plus superannuation.

Experience with MYOB and/or Xero is essential and training will be given on the job management software used in this business for timesheets, fuel dockets etc.

In this busy role you will be a key member of a small team working together where no two days are the same. You must be happy to roll up your sleeves and engage with your role with a flexible and friendly attitude.

**Duties and Responsibilities, but not limited to, include**:

- Answering incoming calls, assist with enquiries
- Accounts Payable - allocating to jobs where applicable, entering in MYOB, reconcile with statements, make payments.
- Accounts Receivable - entering data into order, generate invoice, send out to customers, allocate payments.
- Weekly Payroll
- IAS, BAS & Superannuation
- Credit card allocation and reconciliation
- Bank reconciliations
- Cashflow management
- Ad hoc tasks
- Ensuring all vehicles in fleet are registered & insured
- Arranging Fuel cards, toll tags, resolve any issues
- Tracking and calculating Fuel tax credit.

**Skills, Knowledge, and Experience**
- Accounts qualifications (e.g., Tafe Cert IV) or relevant accounts experience desired
- Must be able work independently as well as take direction and work within a team
- Strong Microsoft Office experience: Outlook, Work & Excel
- MYOB and Xero experience
- SiteDocs (A Workplace Safety Program) an advantage ( training will be given )
- Ideally 1+ years’ experience in a similar role
- Be committed, engaged and comfortable working in a team and autonomous environment.
