Only Care (on behalf of The Co-Group Limited) are looking to build a team of disability support staff to assist clients with a range of disabilities in the Kellyville area. We are offering the opportunity for ongoing steady shifts with regular clients in a supportive environment.
Only Care provides a range of services from social support, meal preparation and personal care, as well as high needs care. **We currently have a high demand for Social Support and Transport shifts, a Driver's Licence and a reliable car are essential for this role.**
Our approach to complex needs care is based on a philosophy of empathy, partnership, respect and quality. We are looking for people who are empathetic, reliable and who are passionate about providing quality care. If you have solid experience working with children/adults with any of the following or similar disabilities, we'd be interested to meet you:
- Stroke
- Dementia
- Mental Health
**We recognise overseas Nursing/Medical or related qualifications.**

Pay is based on the SCHADS award, relevant to your experience and the standard of care you are able to provide and dependent upon time of day/day of week.

**Requirements**:
- Certificate III or IV in Disability (or Aged/Individual Support) Care or equivalent, Recognition given to suitable overseas Nursing/Medical or related qualifications
- Current First Aid Certificate
- Current Police Check
- Working With Children Check
- Full COVID-19 Vaccination
- Smart phone
- Punctuality and Reliability
- Good Interpersonal Skills
- Current Driver's Licence
How to Apply
**Job Type**: Casual
Pay: $33.29 - $59.12 per hour
Expected hours: 14 - 30 per week
