We are looking for an enthusiastic **Customer Service Sales Officer** to support our Customer First philosophy based in **Greystanes NSW**.

**This is an Indigenous

**Your key responsibilities include, but not limited to**:

- Build engaging relationships with our customers and internal stakeholders during every interaction
- Process customer orders, quotes, and manage the end-to-end customer interaction
- Providing product-based information and cross-selling products where required
- Ensure customer requests are actioned in a timely manner within allocated timeframes
- Take ownership in continuing and cultivating all customer interactions

**To be successful, you will have**:

- Sales and customer service experience and the ability to work unsupervised in a small team
- Excellent oral and written communication with a proactive approach
- Comprehensive computer experience specifically Microsoft Suite (Excel and Word a must)
- Strong time management skills with a solutions focused approach to problem solving
- Be safety minded and promote all things safety within our branch
- Ability to focus on completion of allocated tasks and have a high attention to detail
- Experience with industrial products such as lifting and rigging, trade products is preferred but not essential

**Salary**: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Mt Isa QLD: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
