**THE POSITION**:
As a specialist agency focusing exclusively on SEO for eCommerce it is imperative that we partner with other like-minded and talented agency partners that complement our GTM strategy.
We have grown our partnership network to the point where we need a dedicated resource to take ownership and leadership for this important part of our business. It is extremely important for us to have an engaged and active partner network in order to help support any requests from prospects and clients who are looking for assistance in any activities outside of SEO and also as a way to help
We choose our partners very carefully and always ensure alignment with our values, complementary services and experts in their area of specialisation across website development, paid search, CRO, social, creative, branding, content and much more.
This role is primarily responsible for the management, growth and development of both existing and new strategic relationships. Leverage current key partnerships whilst building and assessing a pipeline of new partners to support our growing clients needs.
**KEY OBJECTIVES OF THIS POSITION**:
- Nurturing and growing existing partnerships
- Identify, develop and manage new partnership opportunities
- Organising, hosting & attending relevant events, seminars and conferences
- Track & review the quality of these partnerships
- Generating new sales meeting with prospective clients via these partnerships
- Working closely with our sales team, business development managers and project managers
- Creating professional documents that promote our services & unique strategy
- Provide detailed reports on the progress made against the partnership objectives
- To attend and where required, present at external customer meetings either individually or alongside other company colleagues with the aim of aiding partnership development
- To attend marketing events such as conferences and exhibitions in support of the partnership objectives

**WHO WOULD BE THE RIGHT FIT**:

- A personal drive for success who can build rapport and deliver sales outcomes
- Preference for 2+ years experience in the technology/ service partnership space
- Proven experience in a senior marketing role is desirable

**SALARY GUIDE**:
Base Salary: based on experience
Annual team bonus (if company revenue targets are hit)
Commissions: % of onboarded clients that have come via a partnership initiative
