**How you fit**:
We are looking for an energetic and enthusiastic individual who comes with a breadth of Energy Industry knowledge and experience in customer relations. You will be responsible for enhancing the customer experience of iSelect's clients, both internal and external in resolving various queries in a timely manner.

**This is a 6-month contract**

**What you need**:

- Excellent Industry Knowledge
- Previous experience working in the Energy sector
- Customer focused, along with customer advocacy skills and ability to problem solve (work and think outside the square)
- Ability to self-manage
- Excellent time management, business writing and communication skills
- Attention to detail and record keeping
- Strong negotiation skills
- Ability to develop and deepen stakeholder relationships
- Excellent Computer (excel and word), Literacy skills
- A willingness and ability to learn new skills and respond well to coaching and development
- A comfortable approach to using multiple and sometimes complex computer systems.
- The ability to problem solve and encourage people to make informed decisions
