We are seeking a skilled and reliable **Handyman/Maintenance**person to join our team at **Cosmo on Bank Hotel in Adelaide**. This is a **temporary casual position**.

- **Major responsibilities**:
- Perform general repairs and maintenance throughout the hotel, including guest rooms and common areas
- Handle minor plumbing, electrical, and carpentry tasks
- Assist external contractors with the ongoing renovation
- Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance
- Ensure a timely resolution of maintenance issues to maintain guest satisfaction
- Keep maintenance tools and equipment in good condition
- Follow safety protocols and maintain compliance with hotel standards

- **Ideal requirements**:
- Proven experience or relevant qualifications as a handyman or maintenance technician
- Proficiency in basic repairs, including plumbing, electrical, and carpentry
- Carpentry experience is desirable

- Good communication skills
- A proactive and responsible approach to work
