**About your new role**

As a Territory Manager for Cleanaway, you will play a crucial role in developing, maintaining, and expanding relationships within the construction and demolition industry. **Your responsibilities will include**:

- Conducting face-to-face new business development activities.
- Developing and nurturing relationships with current and prospective customers.
- Driving our sustainable approach to waste management in new areas to support growth initiatives.
- Developing and implementing sales strategies to improve sales growth.
- Reporting accurately and timely on business activity for your territory.
- Maintaining your CRM (Salesforse) with client details and following up on leads.

**Your skills and experience**

While knowledge of the construction industry is beneficial, we value a go-getter attitude and passion for sales above all.

**It would also help if you have**:

- The ability to tailor your communication style to the different stakeholders and customers that you meet.
- Business development experience
- A current driver’s license and reliable car
- Resilience and persistence
- Strong account management skills and the capability to form solid relationships.
- Ability to work autonomously and manage time effectively.
- proven experience meeting sales targets
