Person centred care is vital for our clients. Workers will need to understand the true meaning of a person-centred approach.

Support workers will be required to have commitment to an ongoing roster, and experience working with clients with high complex physical needs.

Components of the supports include
**understanding of complex mental health, social engagement, community access and experience working with various behaviours of concern.**

In addition to our values, our support staff require
**mandatory compliance**:

- **12 months minimum experience as a Support Worker**:

- **Experience working with clients with complex mental health**:

- **Experience working with behaviours of concern**:

- Relevant tertiary qualification
- NDIS Worker Screening Check, or Police Check & WWCC
- Current First Aid & CPR Certificate
- Triple COVID-19 Vaccination
- COVID-19 Infection Control Training
- Driver’s License & Car
