Exciting opportunity to be a Private Personal Assistant

**Your new company**

The Business Director and semi-professional motorsport driver is semi-retired, currently working part-time as an active shareholding Board Member, and in an advisory capacity to assist senior management within a logistics business.

This role will predominately allow you to work from home where applicable, outside of on-site meetings (at home, business office, or other locations as required).

In this position you will be able to draw on your Personal Assistant experience to manage a team of contractors including housekeepers, cleaners, accountants and tradesmen to ensure operations work seamlessly.

**Your new role**

In addition to end-to-end personal assistance, your responsibilities may include taking charge of scheduling meetings, taking minutes, maintaining relevant databases and systems, producing reports and presentations. You will also be required to:

- Calendar Management - coordinating all meetings, appointments, events and social functions, including confirmations & reschedules
- Conducting research on behalf of the Managing Director
- Organising itineraries/travel bookings - flights, transfers and accommodation
- Building and maintaining professional relationships with key stakeholders, customers, management teams and staff throughout the business
- Handle incoming telephone calls and answering queries
- Working with a bookkeeper for timely payment and reconciliation of invoices, accounts and insurance claims
- Managing memberships
- Coordinating and/or running errands, pick-ups & returns as required
- Oversee contractors to manage home and car maintenance and repairs
- Purchasing gifts and items such as groceries/stationery as required
- Assist with plans and preparations for school holidays

**What you'll need to succeed**

To be successful in obtaining this opportunity, you will have a willingness to learn and a proven work ethic. You will also need:

- Polished professionalism and unwavering attention to detail
- Adaptability is key as you navigate a diverse range of responsibilities
- 3 years minimum experience as a PA or EA
- Attention to detail and a pragmatic approach to problem-solving
- Highly developed time management and organisational skills, with a demonstrated ability to work autonomously, prioritise tasks effectively and work to tight deadlines
- Your confidence in maintaining discretion and confidentiality sets you apart
- You're adept at managing individuals with unique styles
- Capable of multitasking in a calm and confident manner
- Experience and understanding of using Microsoft
- Exceptional Communication, Negotiation and Interpersonal Skills
- Experience working with children - working with children permit is preferable
- Drivers' Licence & own vehicle essential
