We are seeking an experienced Home Care Professional to provide high-quality care and support to individuals in their homes.

  • About the Role:
  • To provide personal care, social support, meal preparation, medication assistance, respite, domestic assistance, and transportation to appointments and shopping for clients.
  • Develop a personalized care plan with each client to improve their lives and deliver it daily.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A valid Australian driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.
  • A Certificate III or higher in Aged Care or Disability Services.
  • Satisfactory Australian National Police Check.
  • A current or willingness to obtain First Aid and CPR certificate.
  • A smart mobile phone.
  • Authorization to work in Australia.
