We are looking for a experienced Public area cleaner and Houseman. for a new property we are taking over in East Perth on the 15th of May Centrally located on the free Yellow Cat line with Public Transport at our door step and car parking available.

**WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR**:

- Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role is desired
- Availability to work on a rotating roster up to 38 hours per week, Monday to Sunday (between 7.00am and 3pm).
- Immaculate personal presentation.
- Professional interpersonal and communication skills.
- A passion for delivering exceptional, pro-active customer service.
- Confidence & ability to work autonomously and at times unsupervised.
- The ability to work within a diverse and fast paced role often managing multiple tasks.
