Hotel Public Area Attendant – Elevate the Guest Experience

We are seeking a dependable and motivated Public Area Attendant.

This is more than just a role—it's an opportunity to gain more broad experience and sharpen your hospitality skills.

The Role

As a Public Area Attendant, you will be entrusted with maintaining the presentation and cleanliness of shared spaces.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Cleaning and servicing public areas in line with brand standards.
  • Working independently and collaboratively to complete tasks efficiently.
  • Operating equipment and handling cleaning agents safely, adhering to WHS protocols.
  • Supporting housekeeping operations as required to maintain seamless service.
  • Demonstrating attention to detail and taking pride in delivering consistently high standards.
  • Complying with all hotel and company policies and procedures.

What will You Bring?

  • Minimum 1 year experience as Public Area Attendant in hotel environment.

  • Strong work ethic, efficiency, and dependability.
  • Effective communication and time management skills, with a positive, approachable attitude.
  • Flexibility to work mornings, afternoons, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Valid Australian work rights.
