Twisted Healthy Treats, an emerging FMCG player that is growing rapidly, is looking for a Factory manager to run their brand new facility in Ingleburn, Sydney. As Australia’s leading ‘better for you’ healthy treats manufacturer our working environment is very dynamic and fast-paced. We are looking for applicants who are passionate about learning and working in a nimble team environment.

**A little about us**:
With the help of our amazing Sydney based production team, we produce authentic, clean, and delicious frozen products which are available nationwide and in more recent times, overseas markets.

As a team, we at Twisted are totally obsessed with creating Australia's best tasting frozen desserts that are actually good for you. All our products are made from natural ingredients & we are an all Australian made product and 100% Australian owned business. Cass and the team have built an amazing Australian brand and we are well on the way to becoming Australia's best (and favourite) Healthy Treat Manufacturer.

The successful applicants must have experience in running a team and following company procedures.

Your roles would include,.
- Driving production activities to achieve and exceed our operational and quality targets
- Managing day to day operations of a Food production/manufacturing facility
- Creating improved and innovative ways of achieving production targets - time and motion studies of current practices allowing you to make changes to improve day to day processes.
- Coaching, training and development of the manufacturing team
- Managing cost control through effective utilisation of staff, equipment, facilities, material and capital
- Developing, managing and reporting on production
- upholding QA standards
- Running projects of work to install new and improved equipment lines as we continue to grow the business.

About you.
- Experience in managing a food manufacturing facility with a proven track record of achieving positive operational outcomes
- Passionate about driving continuous improvement initiatives, to improve safety, efficiencies and reliability
- Inclusive in management style, with the capabilities to engage a large team and create a collaborative working environment
- Strong communication and problem solving skills with the ability to communicate cross functionally to build strong relationships and influence key stakeholders
- Excellent analytical skills with the strong capabilities of working with multiple pieces of data and transforming them into meaningful relevant information for employees to understand
- Proven track record of achieving departmental business plans and productivity agendas
- Punctual, alert and well groomed.

**Salary**: $95,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Fixed shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- INGLEBURN, NSW 2565: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- factory manager: 2 years (preferred)
