They are looking to add to their passionate and driven team and have a rare opportunity available for a full time Fitter in their Sydney showroom, in The Strand Arcade.

The Role |

As a Fitter, you will be responsible for delivering a market-leading client experience by conducting client fittings and ultimately, helping to produce an exceptional garment for the client. After a comprehensive four-week technical training program you will be responsible for:

- Conducting fittings and measuring client using the brands measuring techniques at a very high level
- Style guidance
- Ensuring that the client has an incredible experience during their time in the showroom
- Undertaking all fitting-related administrative duties such as processing orders and CRM duties
- Working collaboratively with the showroom team to ensure a smooth operation and an exceptional customer experience for all
- Hosting showroom events, expos, pop-ups
- Engaging in networking opportunities
- Nurturing existing database
- Supporting the Showroom Manager in any other initiatives designed to drive growth to the business

The Skillset |

We’d love to chat to you if you have the following:

- Someone who believes that creating an extraordinary customer experience is the most important task.
- Previous customer service experience is preferred, along with a customer-centric philosophy.
- You will embody the values of the business and have a high standard of presentation and interpersonal skills.
- You will be a team player who can respond well to directions and changing priorities but can also work autonomously through daily tasks and activities.
- We are looking for someone who is eager to join our talented showroom team and carve out a career pathway within an environment that provides the space, support, and autonomy to chase every opportunity.
- Full availability Tuesday - Saturday
