**The Role**
Chastwood We are seeking an experienced Store Manager to join our adored AU Womenswear Brand as a Store Manager

The Store Manager will work closely with the State and Regional Manager, as well as the in-store team to drive sales, maximise every commercial opportunity and ensure the profitability of the store.

Responsible for coaching, training, developing and motivating all members of the in-store team to achieve store and individual sales targets, KPIs and results. Ensure expectations of customer experience and operational standards are implemented, maintained and exceeded, whilst being the instore driver of culture and company values.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Deliver an incredible and authentic customer experience
- Utilise your styling knowledge to ensure customers feel beautiful and empowered
- Achieve and exceed store sales, profit targets and budgets
- Review and analyse daily, weekly, monthly and seasonal store trading and operational reports to identify opportunities to increase sales and drive profitability
- Rostering & wage control in line with targets
- Identify areas of growth within in-store team members and the ability to give constructive and positive feedback to improve performance
- Recognise and reward your team
- Train store teams on product knowledge and styling guidelines to make them product experts who can effectively serve customers’ needs
- Work alongside VM team to ensure that standards are maintained and merchandising products to maximise sales potential
- Process stock consolidations & stock processes in line with guidelines
- Be consistent in-store communication. Communicating daily/weekly/monthly figures to teams and following through all directions and actions
