**About the team**:
The international video team sits within larger Marketing and Digital team and works closely with them. As well as promoting a flat structure, one of our many mantras is that “Anyone can talk to anyone at any time”, and within this role, you will be working with the established international video production team. The team is looking for a junior professional who isn’t afraid to raise their hand, have a proactive approach to bringing new ideas to the table, is keen to learn, and has an open mind. You’ll be reporting to the video production lead who’s based in the US. He’s a working manager, meaning he’ll be very hands on and wants you to see yourself as an integral part of decision making. The Sydney team has two more senior members with whom you’ll work closely within a hybrid fashion. We’re present in multiple social media channels, including Youtube, LinkedIn, Instagram, and our website. **Role Description**:
Working with the video team to create marketing and communications video content such as client testimonials, product marketing content, social media content, and other video content both for internal and external publishing. This primarily means post production support focused on video editing and motion graphics. Closely following the video teams established protocols and workflows for production work and publishing as well as level of polish.

**Your Experience**:
We’re looking for a Sydney-based junior producer who brings the following to the table:

- Experience with video post-production editing
- Understand the fundamentals of narrative video editing and shaping a message for marketing
- Experience with motion graphics
- Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite (primarily Premiere & After Effects) in a Windows Environment
- Some experience with Photoshop, Illustrator, and Divinci Resolve is helpful and preferable, but not essential
- Live Event production is a plus
- Strong communication skills, curious, creative, storyteller, and strong work ethic
- Open to providing and recieving constructive feedback
- Can-do attitude and open mind for growth and agility
- View of long term promotion into a senior role and grow into a preferred area, with the ability to wear many hats
