**About the Role**

As the Heated Pool & Spa Team Leader, you will play a key role in the smooth and efficient operation of our pool facility in Murray Bridge. This vital role is centred around delivering outstanding consumer service and supporting excellent health outcomes. You’ll oversee the day-to-day operation of the pool, manage facility maintenance, and ensure safety and infection control standards are met.

This is more than just a supervisory position - it’s about leading a dedicated team to ensure our services meet the needs of our community and maintain the highest standards of safety and care. Your leadership will foster a cooperative, positive team culture, and you’ll use your initiative and problem-solving skills to keep things running smoothly.

**What You’ll Bring**
- Proven experience in pool complex operations (at least at operator level).
- Strong leadership skills, with a track record of supporting and motivating teams.
- Exceptional communication skills, able to work effectively with a diverse range of people.
- A commitment to excellent consumer service and the ability to manage sensitive situations with care and professionalism.
- Experience in cash handling, staff supervision, and roster management.
- A proactive attitude and the ability to work independently, using initiative to tackle challenges head-on.
