About the Role

As the Heated Pool Team Leader, you will coordinate the daily operations of the pool facility, ensuring it runs efficiently and delivers high-quality, consumer-focused health services. You’ll oversee the maintenance of equipment, uphold safety and infection control standards, and ensure compliance with facility rules and regulations.

What We’re Looking For

- Experience in the supervision of staff as a Team Leader.

- Experience in determining and appraising methods of work organisation, which includes implementing detailed directions and procedures and assisting in the provision of on-the-job training.

- Experience in maintaining staff rosters.

- Experience in dealing with the general public and children.

- Experience in cash handling procedures which meet audit requirements.

- Experience in the use of computer software such as Microsoft Office Suite – Outlook, Word, Excel etc.

- Proven experience in exercising own judgement and initiative in the day-to-day execution of a position.
