Central Auto Care is a fast-growing mechanical workshop in St Peters, specialising in servicing and repairs on all makes and models. We're looking for a reliable, friendly and experienced **Service Advisor** to join our tight-knit team.
**What You’ll Be Doing**:
- Greet customers, book jobs and provide service/repair estimates
- Communicate clearly with customers and workshop technicians
- Manage invoices, job cards, and follow up on ongoing work
- Help keep the workshop running smoothly and efficiently
- Create regular social media posts (Instagram & Facebook) to showcase what we do
**What We’re Looking For**:
- 2+ years experience as a Service Advisor or in a similar customer-facing role
- Strong automotive knowledge across various makes/models
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Confident using workshop software (experience with MechanicDesk or similar a bonus)
- Social media savvy - basic photo/video and caption skills
- Current driver’s licence
