Capral is Australia’s largest extruder and a leading distributor of aluminium products. With approximately 1000 employees spread across the nation in manufacturing plants, distribution centres and offices, we offer great variety and room for movement.

**About the Role**

The territory for this role encompasses Sydney and the Central West Region of NSW such as Orange, Bathurst and Dubbo. It is not expected that you will attend regional areas on a weekly basis; however constant telephone contact with customers is essential. Applicant's must be prepared to visit these regions as agreed with the Manager of the role.

**About You**

You will be a passionate, dynamic, self-motivated all-rounder who enjoys working in a high-performance culture. To be considered for this amazing opportunity, you must have:

- demonstrated experience within a similar role responsible for obtaining and maintaining long term key customers by implementing sales strategies and maintaining relationships with new and existing customers.
- a solutions focused attitude with customer service being your ultimate priority
- experience in negotiating large commercial contracts with senior management
- Intermediate computer literacy - MS Excel and SAP
- A clean and valid Australian Drivers Licence.

This position is fulltime and will require the incumbent to work outside of the normal scope of hours and to travel to meet customers demands etc. A fully maintained company vehicle, mobile phone and laptop will be provided.

Capral has a pro-vaccination policy across the entirety of its operations as a critical step towards managing COVID Risks; as part of the assessment for employment, you will be requested to confirm your vaccination status.
