**What your day looks like**:

- Champion a culture of continuous improvement using lean principles to deliver safety, quality, attainment and efficiency targets.
- Work cross-functionally to solve production challenges and drive results
- Manage capacity planning and ensure resources align with production demand
- Develop and inspire Team Leaders to build a high-performing workforce
- Engage in site leadership initiatives that shape the future of our operations

**The Ingredients for Success**:

- Just like you can’t make a Tim Tam without chocolate, there are a few essential ingredients we need for this role:

- 10+ years’ manufacturing experience, incl. 5+ in senior leadership
- Strong leadership, coaching, and high-performing team development
- Expertise in production planning, lean, safety, and quality systems
- Strategic thinker with top-tier problem-solving and communication skills
- Tertiary qualifications and adaptability to fast-paced change essential
