**The Opportunity**
In partnership with Tier 1 ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems) Qualcomm-Veoneer, we are jointly re-inventing LiDAR towards its miniaturisation behind the windshield. This seamless automotive integration can help autonomous vehicle achieve full autonomy (Level 4), thereby improving safety on our roads.

We are looking for an Inventory Controller and Planner to manage storage and move of parts, along with ensuring accuracy and availability of parts in our inventory.

The role reports to the Supply Chain Manager in our growing Advanced Manufacturing team.

**Your Success**
The primary focus is to manage the warehouse so that all parts are available, with the right safety stock that passed our specifications. This, to meet the demand from our customers and internal needs and ensure no discontinuity of our production line at anytime. This includes:
1- Inventory
- Receive parts from supplier / store, counting / matching the quantities from invoice and enter into the system with accuracy
- Pick, pack and dispatch the parts to customers as per requirement
- Pick, pack and make kits of parts to issue to the pilot production sub-assemblies and final assembly lines for production / assembly on FIFO (First In, Fist Out) basis
- Register internal transfer transactions in our ERP (Odoo)
- Cycle count, report stock discrepancies and assist in monthly stock take process
- Ensure the stock take variance is below.5% of the stock value

2- Logistics
- Maintain the warehouse and suggest any improvement for efficient and effective receiving and distribution of parts
- Report shortages of parts and follow up with stakeholders
- Adhere to processes in place: as part of ISO 9001, we use a Document Reference System as a repository to all our processes

3- Procurement / Planning
- Suggest the Purchase Orders to place to the Procurement Manager to get safety stock on time according to the plan and respecting an allocated budget
- Follow up with our freight forwarder (customs or deliveries issues)

**Your Qualifications & Skills**
You have commercial experience in Inventory Control. This includes the following:

- Handling of electronic and optical components
- Quality Standards (ISO 9001, 26262, etc)
- ERP systems (Odoo, Deposco, NetSuite, LFS, Aptean Catalyst, etc)
- Tertiary education in Engineering or similar discipline
- Desirable_
Ideally, you'd have commercial experience in the following:

- Highly regulated industry (e.g. Military, Medical, Aeronautic, Aerospatial, Automotive, etc)
