**C&K Oxley Childcare Centre** opened in February 2020 and cater to 114 children. Community spirit is important to us at C&K Oxley Childcare Centre. We foster our strong ties to the local community by encouraging parent involvement in the daily operations of the kindergarten.

A wonderful opportunity has come available for an experienced Early Childhood Professional to join the Centre as the **Lead Educator**. As the Lead Educator, you will be a part of a Centre which is proud to be a part of the community.

This is a permanent full-time position, 38 hours per week on a rotating roster between the hours of 7:00am to 6:30pm, Monday to Friday.

You will need to hold or be willing to enrol and work towards
- Lead Educators: Diploma level qualification in Early Childhood
- First Aid, CPR and Asthma & Anaphylaxis certification
- Paid Blue Card or Exemption Card
- A Police Check current within 3 months or willing to obtain one

All C&K employees are required to undergo background checks which includes a police check. Also, all C&K employees will need to have obtained their 1st and 2nd vaccinations for COVID-19 as a condition of employment.

Evidence of sound professional experience that shows initiative and a strong sense of personal responsibility for meeting objectives, modelling of professional and ethical behaviour, commitment to personal development; and display or courage in the provision of advice and decision-making.
