**The Role**

As a Project Support Officer, you will assist the Land Project Manager on activities against the deliverables on small projects or segments of larger projects.

There will be a strong focus on collaboration, relationship building, managing partnerships, and maintaining client satisfaction, all of which will be key to succeeding in this role.

This position is a **permanent part-time (3 days/week) **opportunity, based in Melbourne.

**Responsibilities**

Some of the activities will include, but is not limited to:

- Evaluate project deliverables against contractual agreements
- Collaborate with project teams to address any discrepancies or issues identified during the review process
- Prepare and compose clear, concise, and professional correspondence to communicate updates, changes, and important information to stakeholders.
- Cultivate positive relationships with stakeholders, ensuring their needs and expectations are understood and addressed.
- Compile and analyse project data to create comprehensive reports.
- Provide detailed insights and reports into the status of tasks, including anticipated completion dates and resources required to achieve each tasks,

**Required Qualifications, Experience and Knowledge**:

- Current AGSVA NV1 Security Clearance (mandatory)
- Proven experience in project coordination or a similar role.
- Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Well-developed written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.
