Site Supervisor DIDO

Are you an experienced and motivated Supervisor seeking a challenging opportunity to lead and manage? Look no further Our client is a reputable service provider to a multitude of disciplines across defense, electricity, telecommunications and transport.

Due to their continued growth, they are seeking the services of a Site Supervisor on a 10/4 DIDO roster.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise and coordinate approved subcontractors and suppliers while ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Oversee day-to-day operations, including scheduling, resource allocation, and quality control.
- Monitor and enforce safety protocols and compliance with regulations to ensure a safe working environment for all personnel on site.
- Collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure efficient and smooth project progress.
- Conduct regular site inspections, assess work progress, and resolve any issues that may arise during construction.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily reports, progress updates, and material inventory.
- Mentor and guide on-site teams, providing constructive feedback and fostering a culture of growth and development.
- Assisting the Infrastructure Manager with any other tasks as directed

Qualifications:

- Previous experience as a Site Supervisor in any of the disciplines (plumbing, civil, construction, residential)
- Strong knowledge of CMMS systems including SAP
- Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Understanding of safety regulations and commitment to promoting a safe work environment.
- Relevant certifications and licenses are a plus.
