**The Opportunity - Are you the next Head of Corporate?**

Working directly to the Deputy Director-General, Policy and Performance, this executive position will provide you with an opportunity to have an impact on the business with a client-centric service delivery, contemporary best practice and continuous improvement lens. As Head of Corporate with clarity in vision and direction, you will develop and implement governance frameworks, and deftly balance the reactivity of this role with strategic intent. Your leadership experience will enable high levels of performance and maximise the impact of all functions to support decision making and add significant value to DESBT and the ELT.

As a high performing, responsive and collaborative Senior Executive, you will strategically and operationally lead Corporate service delivery outcomes and transformation, capitalise on synergies, further develop organisational capability, and engage in effective and trusted stakeholder relationships. You will professionally and personally exemplify integrity, excellence and accountability, and as an agent of change, lead your team to perform to their full potential.

**Your Suitability**

If you have the experience in leading corporate functions (strategy, governance, finance, asset management, human resources, IT, procurement, legal, risk/audit and the like) in an agency or complex organisation operating in dynamic environments, this would be an excellent career opportunity. Demonstrated expertise in corporate strategy, policy implementation and results-driven service delivery, with high level skills in people leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement will be advantageous.
