**ABOUT THE ROLE**

An exciting opportunity has become available at Cotton On for an experienced Facilities/Project Co-ordinator to support our on-site Project Manager. This busy role will see you providing exceptional support across all aspects of office facility management to maintain the highest standards of the work place environment.

In this role you will be responsible for managing key relationships within the business, external consultants and contractors, local authorities and other functional teams to ensure the campus is maintained to a world class standard.

Along with day to day campus facilites support, you will also provide admin assistance to the Project Manager and have the opportunity to work on multiple projects.

**ABOUT YOU**
- Experience in project management/ contract administrator.
- Diploma qualification (Additional Project Management/ CA Qualification or related) would be ideal.
- Understands basic revenue models, p/l, and cost-to-completion projections is preferred.
- Capable of supporting a number of projects concurrently.
- Flexible and able to work under pressure.
- Well versed with Microsoft Office, Excel and Project software.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with internal and external parties.
- Excellent organizational skills with demonstrated ability to execute projects on time.
