**The role**

Central Pre-Mix Concrete have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Maintenance Manager to join their team in Campbellfield.

In this newly created role, the Maintenance Manager will be managing the maintenance of assets, scheduled servicing and break-down / repair services across a fleet of company owned Agitators, Tippers and Tankers, ensuring reporting and compliance of NHVL is well maintained.

**Responsibilities**
- Schedule all Servicing/breakdown/Repairs of the company Agitators/Tipper and Tanker Fleet
- Control Spend of all R&M Tipper Tanker Agitator’s
- Gearbox - ensure all service sheets entered correctly and closed out every month.
- Create Purchase reconciliations for Servicing and Repairs
- Maintain daily communication with Schedulers regarding Tipper and Tanker availability.
- Conduct onsite Vehicle inspections.
- Conduct monthly Mass management Axle weight checks and report to Compliance Manager
- Maintain and build strong Vendor Relationships

**What you will need to succeed**
- Experience in a heavy vehicle industry, setting delivering and managing maintenance activities.
- Management experience working within a similar role in a 24/7 heavy vehicle environment.
- Proven experience in team leadership and people management
- Excellent communication ability with strong interpersonal skills
- A commitment to positive health, safety and environment outcomes
- A willingness to work autonomously and proactively whilst achieving team-based outcomes.
