TPT Wealth is a major provider of financial products and services including Managed Investments, Wills and Estates and Commercial Lending. We’ve been playing the long game since we established back in 1887. We are also a Trustee Company authorised under the Trustee Companies Act 1953 and a wholly owned subsidiary of MyState Ltd.
The role, based in Hobart Tasmania, is responsible for the administration of deceased estates, trusts, power of attorney accounts, administration accounts, as well as attending to beneficiaries and clients.
Responsibilities for this role include:
- Undertake duties associated with the proper administration of estates, trusts, power of attorney accounts administration accounts
- Achievement of required service and process targets
- Function as a competent, motivated, and professional member of the Wealth Management Team.
About you
Your ability to learn and adapt will be key, along with the energy and capability to handle a planned and reactive workload to make the most of this fantastic opportunity.
- Sound interpersonal and communication skills with a professional presentation and manner
- The ability to work under pressure with well developed problem solving, negotiation skills
- Ability to work with autonomy and mínimal supervision and demonstrated initiative and self motivation
- Highly developed organisational skills, including a demonstrated ability to determine priorities, make independent decisions and meet timeframes
