**The Role**
**Reporting to the Procurement Manager**, you will maximise sourcing and tendering efficiency through preparation and presentation of tendering plans, go to market approach, proposal and bid evaluation and any other contractual analysis.

The opportunities exist across several categories such as services, engineering and operations and maintenance.

**In addition, you will**:

- Demonstrate a personal commitment to consistently role model Arrow’s values, code of conduct, safety and the environment;
- Establish positive and productive working relationships with key stakeholders;
- Model inclusive behaviours to create a safe environment where different views and perspectives are encouraged and valued;
- Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to execute pre-award activities in accordance with Arrow's CMCP and governance requirements.
- Protect value and mitigate risk by identifying appropriate contracting strategies, market approach and contracting terms and conditions.
- Hold negotiations with contractors to achieve advantageous outcome for Arrow Energy, including commercial negotiations.
- Promote a culture of strategic cost management and cost leadership through identification and implementation of savings opportunities.
- Deliver commercial value, by providing support to, or undertaking, contract performance management and/or post-award activities.

**About You**
You will demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills along with the ability to contribute to a high performing-team with a second-to-none focus on safety.

**To be successful in the role, you will have**:

- Relevant university degree (business, commerce, Legal or project management) or other professional qualification.
- Proven experience working with contemporary procurement practices within Oil & Gas/heavy industry incorporating knowledge of capital project requirements, driving CP opportunities, executing and improving CP processes and systems.
- Skilled at developing, procuring, and executing Professional Services, Engineering or Construction Contracts.
- Demonstrated knowledge of suppliers, supply chains, market analysis, and cost models within the Oil and Gas Industry.
