**Position Overview**:
Implementation of procedures, standards, and tactics to optimize restaurant sales, control costs, provide a quality guest experience by adherence to quality, cleanliness, and service standards.

**Reporting Relationship: The Team Member reports to the Shift Leader/Assistant Manager**

**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for the preparation of certain food items
- Responsible for greeting guests and taking their orders accurately in a friendly manner.
- This position requires knowledge of the menu items and their ingredients and packaging as well as familiarity with the step-by-step procedure for making various food and beverage products. Some positions require the preparation of food and beverage items, and the team member is responsible for maintaining quality standards of the products prepared.
- Responsible for friendly and efficient customer service. In addition, Team Members working cash handling positions will be responsible for accurate cash control.
- Responsible for delivering food and drink orders to guests and confirming accuracy of orders.
- Responsible for cleanliness in the dining room and other service areas accessed by guests. May also be responsible for cleanliness of various stations or food production or storage areas.

**Job Type**: Casual/Part-Time or Full-time

Pay: In accordance with the Fair Work Fast Food Industry Award Level 1 (Fortnightly wage schedule)

**Minimum Qualifications**:

- Passion for the Jamba brand and enthusiasm for learning more about Jamba products and nutrition.
- The ability to collaborate effectively to attain mutual objectives is essential. In Jamba, such teamwork is the key to smooth operations, customer contentment, and ongoing enhancements.
- Must be a minimum of 15 years of age.
- Previous restaurant/foodservice experience recommended.
- Must be able to operate Point of Sale (POS) systems proficiently.
- Ability to stand, bend, reach scoop and regularly lift 10-15 kgs throughout assigned shift.
- Must be eligible to work in Australia.
- Self-discipline, strong initiative and outgoing personality.
- Pleasant, polite manner with a neat, clean appearance.
- Must be able to handle the pressures of simultaneously coordinating a wide range of activities to ensure 100% guest satisfaction.
- Must possess good communication skills.
- Ability to effectively multi-task.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual

**Salary**: $25.00 - $29.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 per week
