**The Role**
We’re on the lookout for a friendly and organised Receptionist to join our team In this dynamic front desk role, you'll be the first point of contact for visitors and calls, ensuring the office runs smoothly and professionally.

This is a part-time position—perfect for someone who values work-life balance, with flexible hours and a supportive, upbeat work environment.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 6 hours per day (flexible between 9:00 AM and 4:00 PM)

Your key responsibilities will include:

- **Be the friendly voice of our organisation** by managing the main telephone switchboard and directing inquiries with professionalism and care
- ** Welcome couriers and oversee deliveries**, ensuring packages are received and distributed efficiently
- ** Take pride in our shared spaces** by helping maintain a tidy and welcoming reception, meeting rooms, and kitchen.
- ** Coordinate outgoing mail and parcels**, ensuring everything is prepared and sent on time
- ** Support the team with a variety of admin tasks**, helping keep daily operations running smoothly

**What We’re Looking For**:
You’ll be a great fit if you:

- Have experience at a front desk or in a reception role (highly regarded)
- Are confident in managing incoming calls and directing enquiries with ease
- Bring a bubbly, customer-first attitude and strong communication skills
- Are self-driven and can manage tasks independently without needing close supervision
- Excel at multitasking and staying organised in a fast-paced setting
- Enjoy working in a diverse, multicultural team environment
- Show initiative and like to stay one step ahead in your day-to-day tasks
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
