**Experience (MUST)**
- 5+ years' experience as leading hand/supervisor
- 5+ years' Previous experience in High-end Residential
- Cert III in Carpentry

**About the Project**:
The project you will be contributing to is a cutting-edge multi-residential tower, standing 10 stories tall, located in the vibrant Eastern Suburb. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a forward-thinking team dedicated to delivering high-quality construction outcomes.

**Responsibilities**:
As a Construction Site Coordinator reporting directly to the Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the successful execution of the project. Your primary responsibilities will include:

- **Management and Coordination**: Take charge of overseeing and coordinating trades and subcontractors to ensure seamless project progress. Collaborate closely with various stakeholders to maintain efficient communication channels.
- **Site Setup and Setout**: Execute comprehensive site setup procedures, including layout and setout activities. Ensure that the construction site is organised, compliant with safety standards, and optimally configured for smooth operations.
- **Materials Handling**:Supervise and manage the handling of materials, from procurement to distribution on-site. Implement effective inventory control measures to prevent delays and maintain project timelines.
- **Project Supervision Support**: Assist Project Managers in project supervision activities, offering critical support to ensure that all aspects of the construction process align with the project's goals and timeline.

**Experience**
- 5+ years as a carpenter leading hand
- 5+ years' Previous experience in High-end Residential
- 5+ years' Previous experience in Boutique Multi-Residential
- Ability to run multiple projects concurrently
- Solid understanding of the construction process and life cycle
- Strong work ethic, resourceful problem solver, and willingness to go above and beyond to get things done
- Reliable, takes accountability for what you deliver, and looks after the company's reputation in project delivery and client liaising
- Clear and concise communication
