**The Opportunity**

We currently seeking an enthusiastic Scheduler to join our Forrestdale team. In this permanent full-time role, the Scheduler will provide high quality Scheduling activities for the Workshop. Responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and managing quality of product and service delivery.

**Duties & Responsibilities**

Reporting to the Branch Manager, your main responsibilities will include:

- Manage scheduling of all projects from booking into the status of ready to invoice.
- Manage the estimator and the estimator’s duties.
- Assist in the development and improvement of BOM’s.
- Liaise with the workshop manager & supervisor to ensure projects are scheduled and completed in a timely and orderly way.
- Ensure parts are ordered for projects as approvals are received and stock is movement is controlled and recorded.
- Attend and have input into daily production meetings.
- Liaise with internal & external clients and suppliers on project status and project updates.
- Aim for continuous improvement in workshop procedures and processes.

**About You**

To be considered for this position you will ideally have:

- Trade certificate in the mechanical or heavy earthmoving industry
- Minimum of four to eight years’ experience in a similar role
- Advanced numeracy skills having the ability to use these skills with weight, volume and distance measurements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and knowledge of ERP systems.
- Customer Focused
- Seeking to provide constructive and value input into the continuous improvement of the business.
