**The Purpose**:
As the Risk Management Transformation Compliance SME, you will work across our Risk and Transformation teams to develop and implement robust strategies & policies for Compliance management across AP+. The core function of your role will be to:

- Develop, mature and implement compliance management frameworks that align with the organization's objectives
- Develop and implement processes for regulatory landscape monitoring to keep abreast of regulatory developments
- Establish the AP+ obligations register that is fit for purpose and also the future state
- Develop processes and systems that ensure obligations and controls are kept Up-to-date
- Evaluate, develop and implement controls or compliance arrangements that to provide assurance that legal and internal policy obligations are being met
- Integrate compliance management into the risk management systems and processes
- Develop and lead training programs to embed the Compliance management requirements and promote a compliance aware culture

**In order to thrive in this role, you’ll be expected to have the following experience**:

- Relevant tertiary qualifications and relevant industry qualifications in Risk, Compliance
- At least 5+ years of Compliance experience in a financial institution or payments organisation
- Proven ability to design, implement and drive completion of strategies and policies for Compliance management
- Proven ability to design, implement and drive Risk and Compliance Management frameworks, practices and systems
