**The Role**:
As a key member of our dynamic and driven team, you will be instrumental in:

- _Connecting talented professionals_ with our top-tier organisations, with a focus on bringing in expat talent into PNG, and connecting locals with opportunities. You’ll become a champion with our 30-step process which is just one of the tools we provide you with to set you up for success With an in-house marketing professional, you’ll have support for any creative and innovative ideas to excel at your job
- _Client Relationship Management:_ Build and nurture strong partnerships with our prestigious PNG clients where required, understanding their hiring needs and collaborating closely to deliver outstanding talent solutions.

**What you will bring**
- We are searching for a go-getter who is ready to make a real difference and enter into a completely unique market, without having to relocate from the Coast
- We are flexible with experience but a recruiter with 2-3 years of agency recruitment experience is preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build strong relationships with a variety of professionals from diverse backgrounds
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding recruitment targets and delivering exceptional customer service.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment but also the patience to see things through and adapt to different situations.
