At Latitude, the People Operations team are an integral support function to the business who are responsible in ensuring all aspects of the employee lifecycle are processed effectively yet efficiently. We are the first point of contact for people related queries, offering employees support and self-serve solutions.

While this position reports directly to the People Operations Manager, we work closely with the wider People & Communications team to support with enterprise activities and to ensure we are representing collectively as a team.

In this role, you’ll:
- Support and administer employment lifecycle requests via Workday and DocuSign- Respond to and drive self-service for people related policy, processes and general query requests via ServiceNow- Work closely with the People team to support with enterprise activities such as annual remuneration reviews, performance reviews and people related projects- Proactively identify continuous improvement initiatives to enhance internal processes and employee experiences- Conduct people data audits to maintain our high level of data integrity- Collate and distribute people metrics- Build strong, collaborative partnerships with internal and external stakeholders

You are highly motivated with a “can do” attitude and proactively drive best practise and identify improvement opportunities. You excel working in fast paced environment and have a “unflappable approach”- You have sound understanding of Workday or similar people management system.- Exposure to high accuracy transaction processing and contract administration- Demonstrated experience, knowledge understanding of People policies, procedures and processes.- Understanding of employment legislative, regulatory and statutory requirements- Demonstrated HR Operational experience
