Join Convera as a Treasury Analyst in our Sydney office and play a key role in supporting our global bank network.

You'll provide technical and functional expertise in configuring and implementing bank accounts and payment connectivity, while also managing employee access to external banking platforms. Collaborating closely with internal teams and external banking partners, you'll help ensure seamless operations and drive strategic initiatives forward.

What You'll Do
- Set up and maintain bank accounts within Convera systems
- Analyze bank payment file specifications and currency requirements; develop transformation files (pain001, pacs008, etc) using XSLT
- Coordinate the setup and management of connections with banking partners (SWIFT, sFTP, API), working closely with internal IT teams and banks to support integration efforts
- Conduct payment testing in both test and production environments; troubleshoot payment issues with banks
- Configure and manage routing rules using defined criteria to direct payment flows efficiently across designated bank partners
- Support relationships with banking and payment partners
- Manage Convera employee access to external banking platforms
- Resolve bank account reporting issues and coordinate with partners to ensure accurate statement delivery

What We're Looking For
- 1-3+ years of experience in Treasury, Banking, or Finance, with exposure to payment and bank connectivity solutions or back-office operations
- Familiarity with various payment systems (ACH, SEPA, CHAPS, BACS, etc.)
- Hands-on experience with SWIFT MT messages and ISO pain files
- A proactive, self-starting mindset with strong collaboration skills
- Ability to build transparent and productive relationships across teams
- A change agent mindset with the ability to influence strategic decisions
