**We're looking for passionate and committed professionals to join the MacKillop National After Hours Service**, a vital, fast-paced service that operates after hours to support young people with high and complex needs. You'll play a key role in delivering responsive, therapeutic support across residential care, home-based care, lead tenant, and case management programs—all designed to create safer, more supportive environments for those in protective placements.

As part of the **MacKillop National After Hours Service**, you'll be providing essential support across our **MacKillop Family Services** national network. This role is more than just support—it's about being the steady hand and calming voice when it matters most.

**We have 1x Full time and 2x casual opportunities based in Preston, VIC within our MacKillop National After-Hours Service Program. The position reports to the After-Hours Coordinator.**

**Key Selection Criteria**:
To be successful in this role, you will have:

- A knowledge and understanding of Aboriginal culture and values and an awareness of the current issues faced by Aboriginal children, young people and their families.
- Experience in youth services or residential care.
- Ability to relate to and work with young people with social, emotional and behavioural difficulties.
- Ability to implement behaviour management plans for young people with challenging behaviours.
- Tertiary qualifications in youth work or relevant field.
