**Recruitment Consultant**

IMS is a recruitment, contracting and group training company (GTO) servicing our clients in the Energy, Resources, Mining, Civil and Government sectors.

We offer a complete, holistic service to our clients from Traineeships, labour supply, through to overseas recruitment and migration services. Due to organic growth, IMS currently have multiple positions available for experienced recruitment consultants. You will be joining an experienced team on a warm desk.
- **Fulltime Role**:

- **Based in West Perth**:

- **$80 - $90,000 PA + Commission (OTE $180K), laptop, phone**

**Your role will include**:

- Mobilisation of workers
- Recruitment administration tasks inc. reference checks, formatting resumes’ etc.
- Offering traineeships (Registered GTO) etc. to clients
- Developing client relationships

**Position benefits include**:

- No KPI’s for call volumes etc.

**The Ideal applicant**:

- Based in Perth
- Ability to commit to fulltime work requirements
- Covid Vaccinations needed
- Previous experience in an external recruitment agency role
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Intermediate computer skills
- High attention to detail with a customer service orientated approach
- Sound understanding of end to end recruitment processes
- A team player, we all work for the common good at IMS
