Let’s do this. Let’s change the world. A new opportunity has arisen in the Digital Workplace Experience team. Joining this team, you’ll work with diverse stakeholders to provide technical oversight of technologies that support the business and provide ‘fit for purpose’ technology solutions. You’ll identify business needs to align with strategy and translate that into technical requirements and follow that all the way through to delivery and hands-on support across a variety of technologies and devices.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Partner with the local Digital Technology & Innovation (DTI) team to create a roadmap for global business to roll out new tools/technologies
- Be an Amgen technology evangelist/champion that works with functional areas
- Manage change management for new technology adoption/promotion
- Collaborate with Managed Service Provider / Suppliers to ensure SLA’s are being achieved for services
- Be responsible for End User Services in the Amgen Australia, providing escalation management for issues
- Interactions with Amgen’s Information Security, Identity and Access Management, Records and Information Management teams to ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and optimized to protect Amgen’s information
- Involved in coordinating Major Incident Management activities for issues impacting End User services in the Amgen Australia

- Relevant Tertiary Qualifications and/or significant Information Systems experience
- Technical background and in-depth, hands-on delivery/support experience with collaboration and messaging Tools (Office365, Box, One Drive, MS Teams, etc.), SharePoint, Audio-Video conferencing technology, Devices (mobile, iPad, PC)
- Experience in the pharmaceutical, healthcare or other regulated industry (i.e.: Financial Services) highly regarded
- Experience in software development life cycle and business planning
- Proven ability to move products quickly and effectively from demo/proof of concept to pilot/production
- Strong time and task management skills to estimate and successfully meet project timelines
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in explaining features and functions to users
- Ability to learn new technologies, and be able to deliver high quality work in a high pressure, fast paced environment
- Work rights and residency in Australia required
**Desirable**
- Familiarity with Robotic Process Automation (RPA)
- UiPath Application Development and Support project experience - Certification in UiPath is a bonus
- Digitally curious, with exposure to digital product management and API technologies, with coding experience advantageous
- Working knowledge of LEAN/AGILE software development methodologies
