**About the Role**

The FP&A Business Partner Supply Chain is responsible for providing commercial and strategic financial support, analysis, planning and reporting for the Supply Chain function in ANZ.

Responsible for managing the supply of timely, accurate, relevant, value-added and insightful financial information to the Supply Chain management within GDT and other stakeholders, to enable data-informed business decisions can be made. Partner with the Supply Chain function by providing accurate analyses and advice conducive to meeting or exceeding their targets

**What will you be doing?**

In this position, you will have a variety of responsibilities to add value to the organization and make a genuine impact. Your main responsibilities will include:

- Strategic Business Partner to the Supply Chain Director ANZ, providing meaningful insights to SCM performance and opportunities, providing decision support
- Manage the operational financial reporting process for the Supply Chain business (Weekly Flash and monthly forecast / reporting)
- Provide accurate and timely forecasts, budgets, variance analysis and ongoing operational analysis and prepare appropriate reports & presentations for local and regional Supply Chain leadership
- Provide commercial & strategic financial analysis, scenario and sensitivity planning for Supply Chain to increase profitability, maximize financial returns and meet agreed targets
- Identify and implement areas of financial improvement within relevant business areas.

**About You**

To be successful in this position you will have the following skills and attributes:

- A proven business partner to non-finance stakeholders in Supply Chain with 3+ years or more in a FP&A Business partner role
- Ability to translate complex financial information into actionable insights and recommendations to a broad audience
- Strong data analysis skills, ability to define business development plans to present to local and regional leadership and manage monthly forecasting process
- An ability to work independently and proactively, demonstrating intellectual curiosity and a focus on continuous improvement of processes
- Strong problem-solving skill and ability to collaborate with others to resolve issues.
- A logical and structured thinker. You know how to analyze problems and solve them at their root
- A can-do attitude and continuous improvement mindset
- Strong excel and modelling experience
- System background: SAP and TM1 experience desirable but not a must
