We're currently looking for a passionate and results-driven **Finance & Insurance (F&I) Business Manager** to join our Used Vehicle team. **Your Role**
As our Used Vehicle F&I Business Manager, you'll play a vital role in the sales process, providing expert guidance on finance and insurance options to our valued customers. You’ll work closely with our sales team to ensure seamless transactions, while also driving revenue through the sale of value-added products and services.

**What You’ll Be Doing**
- Offer tailored finance and insurance solutions in a transparent, customer-first manner.
- Collaborate with the used vehicle sales team to support a smooth and efficient purchase journey.
- Ensure full compliance with all relevant legal and company standards.
- Promote and sell aftermarket products such as extended warranties, service plans, and insurance coverage.
- Maintain strong, proactive relationships with our finance partner.
- Handle all finance documentation accurately and in a timely fashion.
- Deliver exceptional customer care before, during, and after the point of sale.

**What You’ll Bring**
- Proven experience as an F&I Business Manager, ideally within the automotive industry.
- Solid understanding of finance and insurance processes, products, and regulations.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- A high level of integrity and professionalism.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet targets, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in dealership software and CRM systems.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
