**The Business**
Patties Food Group, founded in 1966 as a family-owned cake shop in Lakes Entrance, Victoria, has grown into a leading Australian manufacturer and supplier of pies, frozen savouries, meals, and desserts. **The Role**
Reporting to the GM of our In-Home team, the E-Commerce Manager is responsible for managing and optimising the company’s online sales channels primarily through our customers interface including websites, and online marketplaces. The role will be focused on driving our market share across these mediums, to ensure that our presence and sales performance is market leading. Your main duties and responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Develop, implement, and manage the e-commerce strategy to align with business goals in the food industry.
- Accelerate Patties Food Group on-line performance metrics across our existing ‘bricks & mortar’ customers via market share and sales growth.
- Ensure we have a robust ‘fit for purpose’ on-line trading plan across our major retail customers.
- Identify new growth opportunities through online sales channels (B2C, B2B, and marketplaces).
- Ensure product listings, images, descriptions, and Nutrition Information Panels are accurate and up to date.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, IT) for seamless integration of e-commerce systems.
- Collaborate with marketing to develop and execute online advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads)
- Enhance UX on all e-commerce platforms for a smooth, customer-friendly shopping journey.
- Track and analyse e-commerce KPI's and write reports.
- Ensure all online product listings comply with industry regulations.
- Other ad hoc duties as per directed.
**The Person**
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business and or E-Commerce.
- 3-5 years' experience in e-commerce management (ideally in the food and category space)
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficient use of computer systems and platforms (Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce)
- Experience with digital marketing tools (Google Ads, Facebook Ads)
- Understanding of SEO, SEM, and UX best practice.
