**Role Description/Criteria**

**About You**

To excel in this position, you will need:

- Current VIT registration
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in library and/or information management
- Post graduate studies in a relevant field (desirable)
- Excellent leadership skills and experience leading and managing high performing teams
- Highly developed interpersonal skills, negotiating, influencing and communication skills
- High levels of digital literacy
