**Role Description/Criteria**

**The position**

Responsibilities of the role will include:

- Creating a stimulating learning environment by using a variety of teaching styles and approaches to meet individual learning needs
- Implementing various strategies to effectively deliver the curriculum
- Actively engaging in the School’s pastoral care system, reflecting Loreto values
- Promoting a positive learning environment through clear strategies and expectations
- Ensuring a child-safe environment for all students
- Contributing to all aspects of school life beyond the classroom

**About You**

To be successful in this position, it is essential that you have:

- Current Teaching Registration (Victorian Institute of Teaching)
- Proven expertise and knowledge in teaching French (Years 7 to VCE)
- An ability to teach VCE French will be highly regarded
