**Role Description/Criteria**

**The position**

Responsibilities of the role will include:

- Contribute to creating a dynamic learning environment by using diverse teaching styles and approaches to meet individual learning needs
- Use a range of strategies to successfully deliver the curriculum
- Engage actively in the School’s pastoral care system, upholding Loreto values
- Foster a positive learning environment through the implementation of clear strategies and expectations
- Ensure a child-safe environment for all students
- Participate fully in school life beyond the classroom

**About You**

To be successful in this position, it is essential that you have:

- Current Teaching Registration (Victorian Institute of Teaching)
- Proven expertise and knowledge in teaching VCE Applied Computing
- A collaborative approach with colleagues in planning and delivering curriculum
- Proven experience in establishing and fostering relationships with students, staff and parents
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
