**Role Description/Criteria**

Loreto Mandeville Hall Toorak is a Catholic Independent Girls’ School and is acknowledged as one of the leading schools in Australia. Our academic, cultural, visual arts, sporting and pastoral programs are all integral to the holistic education of our students.

**The position**

Responsibilities of the role will include:

- Contribute to creating a dynamic learning environment by using diverse teaching styles and approaches to meet individual learning needs
- Use a range of strategies to successfully deliver the curriculum
- Engage actively in the School’s pastoral care system, upholding Loreto values
- Foster a positive learning environment through the implementation of clear strategies and expectations
- Ensure a child-safe environment for all students
- Participate fully in school life beyond the classroom

**About You**

To be successful in this position, it is essential that you have:

- Current Teaching Registration (Victorian Institute of Teaching)
- Proven expertise and knowledge in teaching VCE Applied Computing
- A collaborative approach with colleagues in planning and delivering curriculum
- Proven experience in establishing and fostering relationships with students, staff and parents
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
