**THE CLIENT**:
Our client is the leader in their space, providing a platform and community for professionals across the Media, Communications, Journalism, and PR space to interact, engage, share information and news, and help drive productivity and performance. With strong demand comes the need to continue to grow out their team, and we are currently working across multiple opportunities
They are looking to bring on Client Manager to join their growing team, and grow alongside the business to new heights.
**THE ROLE**:
- Build and execute a regular programme of client check-ins and manage assigned clients
- Develop and execute an effective onboarding programme for new clients.
- Have responsibility for an ongoing client training programme and undertake client trainings.
- Build long-term relationships with key clients and the PR industry to build and maintain existing accounts.
- Collaborate with internal teams.
- Stay on top of the latest industry trends.
- Receive Support from various parts of the business.
- Strong company culture.
- Flexible Working Arrangements / WFH
- Salary $85K Base + super ($95-100K OTE)
**THE CANDIDATE**:
- Ability to work well with others.
- Background in similar role ideal but not required.
- Strong project management skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build relationships with clients.
- Creativity and innovation skills.
- An organized approach to work.
